Equipage's thin lightweight vest, for children and juniors, has been developed with impact foam, both front and back, providing effective protection for the back during falls or impacts. The back protector is not only soft and comfortable to wear but also has a snug fit that allows it to be worn under clothing - perfect when a safety vest feels a bit bulky!
The vest is made of nylon and lycra to provide the best possible comfort, and both the back and sides are equipped with mesh fabric for excellent breathability, helping to wick moisture away from the body. Full back protection, along with two plates in the front for extra safety.
The back protector is tested and approved according to standard EN 1621-2, level 2 for spine protection, and is therefore approved for individuals over 18 years old to compete in. The CE marking is a standard for the approval of back protectors for motorcyclists that must withstand falls on cobblestones and asphalt edges.
