  • Information
  • Inner liner for KEP Italia helmets. When purchasing a KEP helmet, you need to buy a liner – but it can also be convenient to have two sets, so you never risk being without a helmet when one liner is in the wash.

Having two liners also makes it easy to adapt the helmet to different situations. Use a larger liner when you want to fit your hair up or wear a hat in winter, and switch back to the regular size when it gets warmer. This is also a practical solution for growing children – in most cases you only need to replace the liner with a larger one instead of buying a completely new helmet, allowing the same shell to be used longer.

The liner is available in both round and oval shapes and can be easily inserted or removed as needed.

It is made of Coolmax® material, which keeps the head cool, wicks away moisture and helps maintain the skin’s natural moisture balance. The liner can be hand washed in cold water or machine washed at 30 °C.

NOTE - this model does not fit KEP Cromo 2.0, which uses a different type of liner.

    Size & fit
Measure the circumference of your head just above the ears and eyebrows. That measurement in cm corresponds to the size of the liner you should choose.

KEP’s liners come in two fits – round or oval. Both variants are available in sizes 51-62, so once you know your helmet size, simply choose the model that best matches your head shape. If you are unsure, we recommend the round liner, as it is the most common.

Note that the size of the liner also determines which shell size you should choose.

    • M – fits liners size 51-58
    • L – fits liners size 59-62
