How long will my order take?

Our standard delivery time with DHL is 2-7 working days for in-stock items. If items are currently not in stock or on backorder, this is clearly visible on the product page as well as an estimated delivery time for that particular item.

Please note that for environmental reasons, all items of the same order will be sent in the same shipment. This means, that is one item is in stock and the other on backorder, we will wait until all items are in stock before shipping your order. Should your order be urgent, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support at support@equinest.com.

Can I track my order?

Once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation by Email that will include the tracking number and a link.

My order is late. What should I do?

First of all, we’d like to apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We always do our best to avoid delays, but unfortunately unforseeable events, delays from our suppliers or shipping partners can cause your delivery to be delayed. If the parcel has already been sent from our warehouse, you can track your order with the tracking link provided in your delivery confirmation. If not, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and we are more than happy to provide you with an update on your order and delivery status.
