Delivery Terms

Normal delivery time is 2-6 business days, unless otherwise stated next to the item. Delivery times indicated as order goods assume that the supplier has the item in stock. If not, you will be contacted by us and receive an estimated delivery time.

Shipping

When your order exceeds €99, a free shipping (€0) delivery option is offered at checkout, except for products that due to their weight or volume are subject to bulky shipping. The shipping cost for bulky products is stated on the checkout page before payment. For orders up to €99, shipping cost will be added according to the delivery options presented at checkout. In case of return, standard terms for the right of withdrawal apply, see the section "Open Purchase and Right of Withdrawal" further down.

Delivery Methods

The delivery currently available is DHL Freight. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays caused by the shipping company.

If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately report this to the carrier and make a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged package! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of the kind that can be attributed to the carrier's handling, you should contact them and make a damage report. If any dispute with the shipping company cannot be resolved, you contact us.

Unclaimed Package

Shipments with delivery to agents will remain with the agent for 7 days from the arrival of the package. If you do not pick up your shipment within these 7 days, the package will be returned to Horseonline AB, and DHL will charge us a fee for this. We therefore reserve the right according to 41§ KKL to charge you the costs of return shipping and handling. You will be charged a minimum fee of €15 for unclaimed packages.

Open Purchase and Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on equinest.com, a 60-day open purchase and right of withdrawal* (exceptions listed below) apply. The right to cancel your purchase expires 60 days from the day you or a third party you specify, but not the shipping company, takes physical possession of the item. The item must be in original condition and have its original packaging and labels/tags. To exercise your right to cancel your purchase, use the accompanying return shipping label. If you do not find a return shipping label, you can contact us and ask for a new one Contact us

To return your order without extra cost, use the shipping label you received from us. You should return the item to us without unnecessary delay and in any case no later than 60 days after the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

The refund will be deposited into the account or card that you used for your purchase and will occur without unnecessary delay**. Refunds are usually processed within 14–30 days after you have submitted your return.

*Exceptions

  • Custom-made products manufactured according to your specific wishes, such as custom-made riding boots or custom-designed riding helmets.
  • Hygiene items: Bits, underwear are not approved for hygiene reasons unless they have all patches/labels and packaging left.

**We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back from you or until you have sent proof that you have returned the item, whichever occurs first. Horseonline has the right to fully or partially deny a refund if the item is not in the condition described under "Right of Withdrawal" in these terms of purchase.

Exchanges

We apply free exchanges. Which means that if you would like to exchange your product that you bought from us for another item, we will cover the return cost. Note that the item should be unused apart from trying it on, and that all tags should remain. Orders under €99 entitle one free exchange and orders over €99 two free exchanges. Thereafter, it is you as a consumer who stands for the return according to the terms of the right of withdrawal. To exchange an item, the same conditions apply as for the right of withdrawal.

We reserve the right for final sale, price errors and any typographical errors.
