Eczema Hood UV-Protection Brown

The Eczema Hood from Lippo is designed to provide effective protection against sun and insects, which is especially important for horses suffering from summer eczema. Made from 100% polyester, it features a water-repellent surface that helps keep your horse cool even on warm days. The hood is fully covering and is easily put on by slipping it over the horse's head. The large belly flap is equipped with three wide, adjustable elastic straps that attach along the back band to keep it in place. A wide elastic section between the front legs protects the sensitive skin there, and the full neck design has an adjustable elastic around the neck and throat for a good fit. The hood also includes a large tail guard and elastic around the entire bottom edge, along with sturdy leg straps that fasten on the inside of the hind legs. The decorative Lippo print on the left shoulder adds a nice touch. A repair patch is included for any necessary fixes. The hood can be washed at 30 degrees. The hood also features a mesh over the eyes, allowing the horse to see well while providing protection against insects. It is equipped with elastic around the neck and a long elastic strap for fastening inside the blanket. There is a loop to attach to the blanket's adjustable neck strap and two buckles on either side of the head to help keep the hood in place. This hood is compatible with the eczema blanket under article number 3308.
