Cooling leg clay for horses. The clay helps draw heat away from the legs, providing deep and effective cooling after training and strenuous exercise. It is also suitable for the daily care of competition horses' legs.
The clay is ready to use and easy to apply. Its cooling effect helps soothe the legs after exercise and may help prevent and reduce minor inflammation.
Directions for Use
Rapid cooling: Apply a thick layer directly to the affected area. Leave it on until the clay is completely dry, then brush or wash it off. Otherwise, it will naturally fall off on its own.
Slow cooling: Cover the clay with paper and apply a bandage over it. This provides an initial cooling effect (although not as intense as using the clay alone), followed by a warming effect. The paper-covered clay acts as a stable bandage.
Stir before use. For external use only.
Swede Clay can also be used to cool areas with minor wounds, such as the crest of the neck or the dock of the tail on horses with sweet itch.
Please note: Stir the contents of the bucket before use. If the clay dries out, it can easily be diluted with water.
