Grooming Deluxe Cooldown Clay is a cooling clay for the horse’s legs, developed for use after training, competition or transport. The clay provides a direct cooling effect after exertion and helps to relieve swelling and tired legs, including horses that tend to get swollen or filled legs.
The formula contains cleansing and caring ingredients, making the clay easy to spread evenly over the legs while being gentle on the skin. After use, Cooldown Clay is easily removed by thoroughly rinsing it off with water.
For a more intensive treatment, Grooming Deluxe Cooldown Clay can be combined with clay paper, stable pads and stable bandages to create an enclosing wrap that helps support the legs’ recovery after exertion.
