The Heavy Fleece rug is an elegant and timeless rug that is also very practical. It features a wool-like look and is designed to absorb sweat or water, keeping your horse warm and dry. Made from 100% polyester, the fabric dries quickly and transports moisture to the surface of the rug. Sweat and moisture evaporate quickly without the horse cooling down too fast.
The Heavy Fleece rug can be used as a cooler rug, a transport rug, or a rug to go to the ring. The polyester fabric has a wool-like feel, but unlike wool, shavings are easily brushed off. Additionally, the rug is more durable and easier to use because it's washable while maintaining quality.
To maximize your horse's comfort, we have added sheepskin to the collar to remove pressure points. The Heavy Fleece rug is machine washable at 30 degrees, but we recommend washing it as infrequently as possible and using protective washing bags to maintain quality over the long term. To dry it, simply put it outside on a sunny day. The dryer is not recommended.
