The fit is designed to protect and avoid chafing around the eyes, achieved through an elastic arch that keeps all fabric away. In addition, the fly bonnet also provides UV protection, partly by reflecting the sun's rays and partly with its integrated UV protection. It has high breathability and can be machine-washed at 30 degrees when needed. The fly bonnet is fastened under the jaw with a strong Velcro closure.
