QHP Ontario is a black, softly padded shoulder guard designed to be worn under the horse’s rug to protect the coat and reduce the risk of rubbing around the shoulders and chest. The guard attaches around the rug’s front fastening with a hook-and-loop closure and sits comfortably underneath the rug. A soft synthetic wool collar combined with a smooth nylon lining provides extra comfort against the horse’s coat.
Ontario is made from durable, waterproof 600D ripstop material with 150 g polyester fibre filling. The outer material is 100% polyester, the lining is 100% nylon and the collar is 100% polyester. The shoulder guard can be machine washed at 30 °C. Close the hook-and-loop fastening before washing and preferably use a laundry bag. Do not tumble dry.
