The Horseware Amigo Plus 1200D 100g is a burgundy/navy/grey turnout rug with a detachable neck cover, designed as a lightweight option for cooler weather. It features a strong, waterproof and breathable 1200D polyester outer and 100 g of Thermobonded fiberfill to help maintain a comfortable, consistent temperature. Inside, an anti-static, anti-bacterial, shine-enhancing polyester lining sits smoothly against the horse’s coat.
The contoured detachable hood works together with the Surefit Neck design, V-front closure and dual leg arches to allow the horse to move and graze freely. Three cross surcingles, a tail flap and a wipe-clean tail cord provide a secure, adjustable fit. The rug is liner compatible and comes with liner loops so you can attach Horseware liners (sold separately) when extra warmth is needed. Reflective strips are included for added visibility.
Care: machine washable at 30º. Close all hook-and-loop fastenings and attach all clips and straps before washing. Line dry/air dry only, away from direct heat. Do not bleach, tumble dry or iron. Horseware recommends having turnout rugs professionally cleaned. Storage: once completely dry, fold neatly into a breathable storage bag and keep in a cool, dry place away from moisture, excessive heat and UV exposure. The original packaging can be reused as a practical bag for equestrian gear or for storing the turnout during the off-season.
