The Amigo 1200D Turnout 50g is a lightly lined turnout rug that combines durability with function and comfort. It is made from a strong 1200 denier polyester outer that is both waterproof and breathable. The light 50g fill provides a pleasantly warming layer without being too heavy.
The inside is lined with a shine-enhancing material that is also anti-static and anti-bacterial. It is gentle on the coat and helps reduce rubbing and bacterial growth, while maintaining the horse’s natural shine.
To ensure maximum freedom of movement, the rug features a V-front closure that reduces pressure on the shoulders, along with shaped leg arches in the front. Three cross surcingles ensure a secure and stable fit, even during turnout play. A tail flap offers added protection at the rear, and the PVC-coated tail strap is easy to clean. Reflective details enhance visibility in low light or darkness.
The rug is compatible with Horseware’s liner system, making it easy to adjust based on season and temperature. It can also be paired with a detachable neck for extra protection. Neck and liner sold separately.
