The Horseware Rhino Plus 1000D 0g is a navy/gray/blue rain rug featuring unique Barrier Technology, with a 1000D polypropylene outer that protects the waterproof and breathable barrier layer underneath. Polypropylene is a stronger alternative to the widely used polyester turnout material. The rug has a shine-enhancing polyester lining and is anti-bacterial and anti-static.
This model comes with a Surefit neck design and Horseware’s V-front closure to relieve pressure on the shoulder, dual leg arches for greater freedom of movement, a tail flap and a wipe-clean tail cord. Three crossed surcingles provide a secure fit, and reflective strips add extra visibility. The rug is liner compatible, has liner loops and includes a detachable hood for added flexibility.
The turnout is waterproof, breathable and machine washable at 30ºC. Before washing, ensure all hook-and-loop fastenings are closed and all clips and straps are attached. Line dry/air dry only, away from direct heat. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry and do not iron. Horseware suggests having turnouts professionally cleaned. Once dry, fold neatly into a breathable storage bag and store in a cool, dry place away from moisture, excessive heat and UV exposure. The original packaging can be reused as a practical bag for equestrian gear or for storing the rug off-season.
