The Pelham Comfort Thin from Beris is designed like Beris' regular Pelham but with a thinner mouthpiece. It's a perfect bit for horses with smaller mouths or ponies. Pelham bits are a very classic choice that works well for hot and strong horses as they exert pressure on the lower jaw and neck. Depending on the desired level of effectiveness, there are options with either 5 cm or 7 cm long shanks (Baby Pelham = 5 cm). The bit can also be used with a curb rein or double reins and with or without a chain.
