The Pelham Comfort Thin from Beris is designed similarly to the standard Beris Pelham but with a thinner mouthpiece. It is an ideal bit for horses with smaller mouths or ponies. The Pelham bit is a classic choice, particularly suitable for hot or strong horses, as it applies pressure on both the jaw and the poll. Depending on the desired effect, the bit is available with 5 cm or 7 cm shanks (baby Pelham = 5 cm).
The bit can be used with a curb strap, either with a delta or double reins, and the curb chain is sold separately.
