Single Jointed Bit Dynamic RS Sensogan Ø55-70mm

The Single Jointed Dynamic RS Sensogan Bit Ø55–70 mm from Sprenger is a single jointed bit with an ergonomically designed Sensogan mouthpiece. The centre joint is angled 45° forward, which is a characteristic feature of the Dynamic RS series and contributes to more even pressure distribution across the tongue. The construction also ensures that the mouthpiece is shaped to lie anatomically correctly between the tongue and the palate.

The mouthpiece has a thickness of 16 mm. The ring diameter is 55 mm in size 115 mm and 70 mm in sizes 125 mm, 135 mm and 145 mm.

The bit is made from Sensogan, an alloy of copper, manganese and zinc. The manganese hardens the copper without affecting the natural oxidation process and makes it possible to achieve the same oxidation behaviour as Aurigan, despite a lower copper content. Sensogan is a high-quality and toxicologically tested bit material.

Sensogan bits should be cleaned thoroughly with water after each use and then dried. As the material contains copper, oxidation may cause the bit to darken and lose its shine over time. If necessary, Sprenger Diamond Paste can be used for cleaning and maintenance.
