Zandona Carbon Pro Sensitive+ Young Fetlock Boots in black are developed for young show jumping horses and comply with international regulations for young horse classes. The model combines a high level of protection with low weight, effective ventilation and excellent comfort, and is particularly suitable for horses with sensitive skin.
The inside is lined with high-quality genuine Merino lambswool obtained by shearing, without the use of skin. Zandona calls this solution "NO SKIN, NO PROBLEM". Merino wool has natural thermoregulating properties that make it suitable for year-round use and is also hypoallergenic.
The updated construction provides a larger protection area while making the boots lighter and more breathable. Large air intakes at the front channel air beneath the shell, while a central ventilation outlet at the rear helps release warm air and reduce heat build-up during exercise. The anatomically shaped shell is made from 95% recycled, PSV-certified TPU.
For additional protection, the boots feature reinforced Carbon Fibre elements that increase impact resistance while also acting as a thermal barrier against heat generated by friction. Gel-Tech padding in particularly exposed areas provides additional shock absorption. Zandona’s Flex-Zone provides maximum freedom of movement, while the redesigned stud fastenings make the boots quick and easy to open and close. Care instructions: Gently clean the lambswool lining using a soft brush, cloth or sponge. Hand wash in cold water at a maximum temperature of 30 °C using a detergent specifically designed for wool. Allow the boots to dry in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and artificial heat sources. Do not use conventional detergent. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Regular care is recommended to maintain the appearance, quality and performance of the boots.
