Lippo Ljómi Icelandic Neoprene is a stylish green Icelandic saddle pad featuring distinctive ZigZag quilting for a modern Nordic look. It is made from a durable polycotton blend consisting of 65% polyester and 35% cotton, with reinforced 900 denier sections at the girth area for extra durability. A substantial felt layer inside provides excellent stability, good fit and effective shock absorption, while the Icelandic size is specially designed for Icelandic saddles.
The inside is lined with soft bamboo textile made from 85% bamboo and 5% elastane. The material is breathable, moisture-wicking and naturally antibacterial, while also being gentle on the horse’s skin and coat. The saddle pad features saddle straps with elastic and Velcro fastening, as well as girth straps with Velcro and a double webbing system with 3 channels. The three channels make it possible to adjust the position and adapt the saddle pad to different Icelandic saddles and girth strap placements, making it suitable for most Icelandic and dressage saddles.
The strategically placed neoprene padding is designed to create a clear spinal channel and ensure that the saddle panels rest on the shock-absorbing surface, reducing the risk of pressure points and contributing to a more even pressure distribution.
