BR's innovative safety stirrups Lavello offer, in addition to a flexible safety arm, both a good grip and an enhanced leg position. The stirrups are made of galvanized aluminum, with a surface in high-quality powder coating, and equipped with a lightly angled, non-slip tread plate that effectively prevents dirt and sand from getting stuck in the stirrup.
In the event of a fall, the rider's weight will cause the flexible hinge arm to open, thus releasing the foot from the stirrup. Once the foot is out of the stirrup, the arm will bend back and return to the standard position.
In addition, the stirrups' lightly curved leather loop, together with the angled plate, ensures a correct heel and stirrup position that promotes both your balance and stability as well as your leg position.
