EGO7 Lyra mini chaps in black are made from full-grain leather with double elastic panels along the rear zipper and at the lower edge of the foot, providing flexibility, close contact and encouraging a correct heels-down position. The elegant leather patchwork construction follows the silhouette of the calf for a close-fitting shape, while the suede lining and E-tex panel provide good breathability, grip and feel against the saddle and horse.
The sophisticated double-stitched seams are positioned along high-stress areas to increase durability and create a more refined appearance. An extra-strong zipper closes all the way to the top and is secured with a leather strap and press stud for a clean finish. The elastic, breathable rear panel is lightweight and flexible, facilitating leg movement while riding and allowing the chaps to stretch where needed for a more precise fit. The E-tex material has a leather-like look and feel, is antibacterial, water-repellent, approximately 30% lighter than genuine leather and designed for high mechanical strength, flex resistance and tear resistance while maintaining its appearance.
EGO7 uses an extensive sizing system to provide a more individual fit without waiting time, offering a feel similar to made-to-measure chaps together with good freedom of movement. Lyra mini chaps can be matched with EGO7 Taurus or Lybra short riding boots.
