EGO7 Delphi are elegant black riding boots for children/juniors, featuring a stitched toe cap and a lightweight, flexible construction. A rear elastic panel offers full freedom of movement, extra comfort and breathability, while the breathable technical mesh lining wicks away moisture.
The inner calf is reinforced with E-tex, a high-tech material that combines a leather-like feel with high resistance to wear, flexing and tearing, water resistance, antibacterial properties and approximately 30% lower weight than genuine leather. The EGO7 foot section features a double insole made from antibacterial, moisture-wicking polyurethane and cowhide, providing shock absorption, breathability, odour control and helping to maintain the skin's natural balance. The hand-stitched rubber sole provides stability, secure grip in the stirrup and suitability for different surfaces, while also allowing the foot to release quickly in the event of a fall.
Delphi features a leather lining in drum-dyed cowhide without surface coating or pigmentation, providing softness, good absorbency, durability and a surface that develops a beautiful patina with use. A padded leather flap at the back guides the foot into the boot, makes it easier to put on and protects both the heel and rear zipper. The extra-strong, certified YKK zipper is double-stitched along stress lines for increased durability and water resistance and is secured at the top with a leather strap and press stud. A breathable, elastic strap along the shaft provides extra comfort, facilitates leg movement while riding, allows the boot to stretch where needed and contributes to a correct heels-down position and a good fit. All stress lines are double-stitched for increased durability.
Care: The black leather sections should be conditioned with EGO7 boot cream to preserve elasticity, durability and surface protection against external influences. Allow the leather to dry after use and store the boots in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from direct heat and sunlight to prevent cracking and stiffness. Apply the cream evenly with a brush, leave it for a few minutes and then polish with a wool cloth. Use the included inflatable boot trees to help maintain the shape. The inner E-tex panel does not require cream, spray or grease – clean it only with a damp cloth. The zipper should always be fully opened when putting the boots on or taking them off. During the first few uses, guide it carefully with your fingers and keep it free from dirt, grease and sweat to avoid problems with opening and closing.
