The Waldhausen Hay Ball Flexible is a green, flexible hay ball for horses that can be used in the stable or paddock. It is designed for feeding and occupation and can help extend feeding time by encouraging the horse to work to reach the forage. The ball has a diameter of 22 cm and is intended for use with horses only.
The hay ball can be filled with hay or other treats, such as carrots and apple pieces, and is easy to fill thanks to its construction. It is made entirely from thermoplastic rubber (TPR), which gives a soft and flexible ball that the horse can nudge and roll.
The hay ball is hung up using the included 2 m hanging strap, so you can position it at a suitable height for your horse. The strap makes it easy to install and move the hay ball between different locations in the stable or paddock.
