Impregnation Stall Alley 5L

Many stable floors are left untreated with a porous surface that is both challenging to clean and emits dust, negatively impacting the stable environment for both you and your horses. By treating the floor with Qloss environmentally friendly and user-friendly impregnation product, Q Stable Stall Walkway, specially designed for stables, you get a floor that becomes easy to clean, but more importantly, you also improve the air quality in the stable.

The product penetrates deep into the surface, binding dust particles and preventing them from rising from the floor into the air when you sweep it. In addition to its air-cleaning effect, the impregnation also extends the lifespan of the stable floor and provides some degree of stain resistance - perfect for avoiding unsightly marks when the horse is tied up in the walkway, at the tethering spot, or in the wash bay!  

Usage

Application

The product is easy to apply - it only takes a couple of hours to treat the floor! Take advantage of this while the horses are in the pasture during the day.

The floor must have a temperature of at least 10 °C during application. Room temperature should not exceed 27 °C.

Here's what to do:

1. Clean the floor by sweeping, hosing, or vacuuming it. For the best adhesion, wash the surface with alkaline detergent before impregnation. Rinse with plenty of water afterward and let it dry before application. The surface to be treated must be clean and dry during treatment.
2. Shake the product well before use. Then, use a pressure sprayer to spray the product over the floor. Next, evenly spread the product with a short-haired cleaning tool, preferably a microfiber mop or similar. Alternatively, a soft broom.
3. The drying time is approximately 1–4 hours depending on the temperature and ventilation in the stable.

Avoid hosing the surface with water during the first 96 hours after application.

Treatment may need to be repeated in high-wear areas, such as stable walkways and tethering spots where the surface is heavily worn by the horse's shoes. The recommendation is to repeat the treatment in these areas approximately once a year.

Approximately 0.1 liter/m². 5 liters cover approximately 50m², depending on the floor's absorption capacity.

Storage
