Many competition horses perform below what they are actually capable of due to varying degrees of stress. Cavalor Calm can be the support needed, as it helps prevent symptoms associated with stress.
There are many riders who will recognize the situation where the horse performs exceptionally well during training, but then drops slightly once at competitions. In many cases, this can be linked to stress and nervousness that may arise during transport, in new environments, and due to distractions at the competition venue. The result is often that you do not get the usual response, and the horse may act and react unpredictably. This is particularly common in younger or less experienced horses, as they experience a higher impact of stress since they are not accustomed to handling this type of situation. Here, Cavalor Calm is an excellent supplement that helps the horse regain balance and has a calming effect, which naturally becomes even more effective when combined with calm handling by the rider or groom.
The supplement is based on herbs that help keep stress levels down, without negatively affecting the horse’s responsiveness. Contains no prohibited substances and has no negative effect on the liver or kidneys.
Cavalor Calm is advantageously used with good results in the following situations:
- Horses that are nervous and easily startled at competitions
- Horses with an overly hot temperament during training
- Horses that are highly susceptible to stress
- More nervous stallions, particularly in competition environments
It is important to note that Calm is primarily developed for horses with stressed and easily startled behavior, and not to the same extent for chronically nervous horses.
