BioRosa Rosehip Powder is a complementary feed for horses consisting of 100% pure rosehip powder made from dried and finely ground rosehip shells (Rosa canina). Rosehips are naturally rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants and galactolipids, making this product an ideal daily supplement to support mobility, joint health and overall well-being. It is particularly suitable for active horses, senior horses and horses requiring additional support for healthy joints and cartilage.
Rosehip shells naturally contain high levels of Vitamin C, antioxidants, amino acids, minerals, trace elements and organic acids. They are also a natural source of galactolipids, compounds recognised for their role in supporting normal joint function. Galactolipids contribute to the body's production of collagen and cartilage, both essential building blocks for healthy joints.
BioRosa Rosehip Powder is produced from carefully selected rosehips grown in the Chilean mountain regions, where they are cultivated without fertilisers, pesticides or other additives. After harvesting, the rosehip shells are gently heat-dried under carefully controlled hygienic and temperature conditions to preserve as much of their naturally occurring nutrients as possible.
The naturally high content of galactolipids may cause soft lumps to form in the powder. These dissolve easily when mixed and do not affect the product's quality. As the product consists entirely of natural ingredients, variations in colour, aroma and appearance may occur between batches.

Feeding directions
- Pony: 0.5 scoop per day
- Horse: 1 scoop per day
- Large horse (over 600 kg): 1.5 scoops per day
During periods of intense work, the dosage may be doubled.
Mix directly into the feed, preferably divided between two daily feedings.
