Devil's Claw is a complementary feed for horses consisting of 100% pure, ground Devil's Claw root (Harpagophytum procumbens) of premium quality, sourced from certified growers. Devil's Claw is a natural herb originating from southern Africa and is used as a feed supplement to help support the horse's vitality.
Devil's Claw grows primarily in South Africa and Namibia and belongs to the sesame family. The product contains only ground Devil's Claw root with no added substances. As it is made from natural raw materials, variations in colour, aroma and appearance may occur.
Devil's Claw should not be given to pregnant mares, as the herb may stimulate the uterus. It should also not be used in horses with confirmed gastric ulcers.
Use
Can be used both for horses already experiencing stiffness and as a preventive supplement to help reduce stiffness and support mobility in older horses. Optimal results are typically achieved after 2–4 weeks of use.
