When a horse sweats, it loses both fluids and essential minerals and electrolytes, which can lead to fatigue and reduced endurance. Electro Balance restores the horse's balance (alongside drinking water) and helps the horse feel better. It enables the horse to stay in shape for extended periods, recover faster, and handle longer periods of intense training, competition, and transportation more easily.
Dosage
45 grams mixed in feed or dissolved in drinking water per animal per day. Recommended usage: immediately after a period of sweating.
Always provide unlimited access to fresh drinking water.
Maximum dose: 100g per animal per day.
What is the difference between Electrolyte Balance and regular salt block?
A regular salt block contains only sodium chloride and thus only replaces those substances. Electrolyte Balance contains many more different minerals that are essential for the horse, yielding much better results.
Should I use electrolytes before or after exercise?
The body cannot store electrolytes beyond what's in the stomach and intestinal tract, meaning any excess absorbed is excreted in the urine. This makes it effective only if given 1-1.5 hours before exercise or competition. However, it is crucial to administer it afterward for recovery and normal bodily function.
