The Bay Low Tail Dog Coat is a warm, durable, and protective winter coat designed to withstand harsh weather. It is padded, lightweight, and waterproof with a water column of 10,000 mm, making it an excellent choice in rain, snow, and wind.
The inner lining is low-friction and woven with Back on Track’s Welltex® technology. This material reflects the dog’s own body heat as far infrared energy (FIR), which may stimulate circulation and help keep muscles warm, flexible, and active.
The outer fabric is thermoquilted, meaning the insulation stays evenly distributed without seams that pierce the surface and allow moisture in. The construction effectively protects against wind, rain, and snow while retaining warmth inside.
Bay Low Tail is specially designed for dogs with a low tail set. The coat has a close-fitting design over the chest and thighs, with an overlapping opening at both front and back. This provides full freedom of movement for the front legs and room for the tail, while the enveloping rear section helps keep the tail base and hindquarters warm.
The high, shaped collar features two adjustable drawstrings – one at the top edge and one around the neck – for an optimal fit. The collar can be easily opened with a zipper. The coat also has two leash openings.
