Directions for Use
Before exercise: Apply or massage Competition Gel into muscles, tendons and ligaments to increase blood circulation and prepare the body for physical activity.
After exercise: Massage into the back, lower back, joints, tendons and ligaments to support recovery and help reduce the risk of stiffness.
Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. For external use only. Wash hands thoroughly after use and avoid contact with the eyes.
