Magnetic Rug Recuptex - the rug version of Kentucky's highly popular Magnetic Stable Boots Recuptex, featuring exactly the same technology in a different format. This particular model, which is part of Kentucky's Tiny Collection, is designed to fit even the smallest ponies.
The high-tech Recuptex fabric has been developed using technology fundamentally based on Bekaert's BEKINOX® technology. This means that the material contains the finest inox yarn, a stainless-steel fibre woven into the fabric, which in turn creates an enclosing Faraday effect. This effect retains and reflects the magnetic fields generated by the horse's body, stimulating both blood circulation and oxygen flow while accelerating the horse's recovery process in a natural and protective environment.
The magnetic rug is made from a high-quality, durable and well-ventilated mesh fabric, making it suitable for use both in summer and in combination with other rugs during winter.
Kentucky recommends starting by using the rug for a few hours on the first day, then gradually increasing the number of hours over the following days. This allows the horse to become accustomed to the slightly tingling sensation that the rug may cause.
