This lightweight and flexible wither protection, from Back on Track, has many beneficial features and can be used for various purposes. It is not only suitable as protection against chafing on the withers and chest but is also equipped with Welltex® technology, which, through infrared energy, contributes to increased blood circulation, making it excellent for relieving stiff withers, muscle soreness, and promoting recovery after injuries.
The wither protection is made of a lightweight and glossy material that is gentle on the coat and prevents chafing. It is also highly elastic, making it very flexible and providing the horse with maximum freedom of movement. The design is well thought out without sharp edges or seams that could cause pressure or chafing on the horse.
The protection is placed over the horse's head and fastened with a Velcro strap on the side of the belly.

Fit
The protection is slightly large in size, so the recommendation is to choose a smaller size than usual.
Care and Washing Instructions
The product should be kept clean for maximum effectiveness. The effect in the material cannot be washed out.
Machine wash at 40 degrees, gentle cycle.
Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
Do not tumble dry.

The Welltex® technology works through a unique blend of minerals woven into the fabric of the product. These minerals capture body heat and convert it into long-wave infrared energy, which increases blood circulation.
