The outer material is made of 100% polyester with a water-resistant surface treatment. The part that comes into direct contact with the horse is equipped with artificial rabbit fur for high comfort and to further prevent chafing. The extremely soft material also provides a very comfortable feeling.
The shoulder guard consists of two parts, or "flaps," one that goes on the outside of the blanket and one part that goes on the inside. The inner part equalizes the pressure between the blanket and the horse, while the other hangs on the outside to keep the shoulder guard in place.
Can be machine washed at 30 degrees.
