Welltex®
The unique composition of natural minerals in Welltex® technology absorbs body heat and converts it into long-wave infrared energy, which is then reflected back to the skin, joints and muscles. Infrared energy is known for its ability to promote blood circulation and may therefore be helpful during recovery from injuries, wear, inflammation or tense muscles.
Getting started with Back on Track
Back on Track products with Welltex technology should be introduced gradually to allow the body to adapt to the effect. The recommendation is a maximum of 4 hours per day during the first 2–3 days, then gradually increase usage by one hour at a time. Once the introduction period is complete, the products should be used for at least 8 hours per day, preferably longer. It may take up to 10–20 days of use to achieve maximum results.
If you notice that the effect starts to diminish, it may be beneficial to take a break from the product. After the neutralisation period, you can start again and reintroduce the product.
The products are best used in direct contact with the skin but are also effective with a thin layer of fabric underneath. They can be used during both rest and activity – however, the best effect is achieved during activity due to higher body temperature and therefore stronger heat reflection.
Use together with liniment or similar at your own discretion; the effect may be enhanced when used simultaneously.
Please note
In some cases, increased blood circulation may cause an effect that feels irritating or tender. Reactions are entirely individual and vary from person to person, but this is something to be aware of in order to monitor if necessary.
The initial reaction may occur after just a few hours of use. If discomfort is experienced, the product should not be used again the same day; instead, try introducing the product more gradually over the following days.
