How to use Cool on Track?
Soak the product in water. Gently squeeze out excess water – it is then ready to use.
The cooling effect is created through evaporation, so air circulation is essential. The durable mesh outer material allows air to flow freely and supports this process.

Important!
Cool on Track products are packed slightly damp from the factory. If the product feels dry when unpacked, moisten it before unfolding. Only handle the product when it is damp. Do not bend or fold it when dry and stiff, as this may cause cracks.
Product care
Hand wash only at 30°C. Use a small amount of mild liquid detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not dry clean, iron, or tumble dry. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water.
Store flat and do not fold when dry. Folding or bending in a dry state may cause cracks. Before reuse after storage, fully soak the product in water.
If cracks appear, the product can still be used, but absorption may be reduced. High water absorption is essential for effective cooling.
