The Kentucky Eventing Air Tech Front Leg Protection is designed to provide your horse with the best protection and comfort during cross-country events. These extremely strong and shock-absorbing boots are made from five layers of material. Inside, there is a very breathable knitted lining that ensures a soft feel against the skin and prevents rubs. This lining also prevents the boots from slipping or turning. The second layer is made of 5mm thick EVA foam, which is extremely lightweight, shock-absorbing, and provides stability to both the boots and your horse's leg. This EVA foam is perforated with ventilation holes to allow heat to escape, preventing the legs from overheating. The third layer is a 2mm thick TPU hard shell that stops the largest impacts and prevents penetration from horseshoes or studs. On the front of the hind leg, we added another layer of 5mm thick EVA foam for extra protection when touching a jump. The outer layer is made from perforated artificial leather, which prevents overheating and does not absorb water, allowing the Air Tech Eventing Boots to maintain their lightweight. This contributes to the comfort of the horse during long and demanding cross-country courses. On the side of the fetlock, we added a seam to ensure a perfect fit so that the Air Tech Eventing Boots do not slide off or turn. The boots feature an extremely strong Velcro fastening. Quick tip: put some tape around the fastening of the boots to extend their durability. The Air Tech Eventing Boots are machine washable at 30°C (no dryer). Close the Velcro fastening before washing or put in a washing bag. Our Air Tech technology was perfected during a three-year development process and was tested under the hardest conditions. This technology enables extreme breathability, preventing your horse's legs from overheating during hard work.
