These transport boots fasten somewhat differently than regular traditional transport boots. The straps fasten forward, meaning the boots close over the tendons and leave the back of the knee open for optimal freedom of movement while still covering the front of the knee to protect the joint from impact or injuries during transport. The Stay-Dry lining helps dry wet legs faster and makes the journey home comfortable for the horse.
