The Carrot Ball from Waldhausen is a green horse toy designed as an activity ball to provide occupation and variety for horses in the stable or paddock. It can be used to help counteract understimulation, for example during box rest or recovery periods, and has a diameter of 18 cm.
The ball is made from durable thermoplastic rubber (TPR) with a PU-coated surface for a robust construction. Integrated rubber loops around the ball can be filled with carrots, apple pieces, horse treats or hay, encouraging the horse to work to reach the contents. A nylon loop on the top makes it easy to hang the ball in the stable or outdoors, and an air pump is included for easy inflation.
