Energy Oil is a unique combination of oils from rapeseed, linseed and coconut that provides the horse with energy in a gentle and easily accessible form. The product contains short, medium-chain (MCT) and long fatty acids which, together with lecithin, help the body break down fat and efficiently absorb large amounts of energy. MCT oils are quickly absorbed by the body and also contribute to muscle recovery.
Energy Oil contains a combination of oils and fatty acids, including MCT oil, which provides fast and efficient energy metabolism. The product is free from sugar and starch and is therefore also suitable for sensitive horses. Energy when the horse needs it most.
Why MCT oil?
MCT is an abbreviation for Medium Chain Triglycerides, i.e. medium-chain fatty acids with particularly beneficial properties.
Regular feed oils that contain long fatty acids must first be broken down before the body can absorb and use the energy. MCT oil does not need to undergo the same process but can be quickly absorbed and converted directly into ketones.
Ketones act as an efficient fuel for the brain, heart, kidneys and muscles, especially when you want to avoid fast sugars. Because Energy Oil is absorbed faster and more efficiently than many other oils, the horse gets a quick supply of energy without the blood sugar fluctuations often associated with energy from carbohydrates. The body receives an extra energy boost without needing to use sugar or starch.
Energy and recovery
Energy plays an important role not only during training but also during recovery, which is very energy-intensive. After exertion, Energy Oil helps the horse restore its energy balance to optimize recovery, get better effect from training, reduce the risk of overload and become ready for the next training session faster.

Dosage
• Horse (500 kg): 2 dl per day
• Pony (250 kg): 1 dl per day
• Or according to calculated feed ration
Total fat intake should not exceed 100 g of fat per 100 kg body weight per day.
Oil should be introduced gradually.
