Thiamine is a supplement for horses with tense muscles or problems with patella hooking. Thiamine plays an important role in the horse’s energy metabolism and general metabolism, and is especially important for normal nervous system function.
Thiamine is often used for horses that easily become muscle tired, feel stiff or have tense muscles. The supplement is also commonly used for problems with patella hooking. Thiamine is a water-soluble vitamin.
