The Kentucky Turnout Rug All Weather Waterproof Pro 160g is a robust and reliable solution to protect your horse from cold and rainy weather. With an outer layer made of 1680D polyester in a canvas look, this rug is both strong and dirt-repellent. It is also waterproof thanks to the PU coating that guarantees a waterproof rating of ISO 10,000mm, ensuring your horse stays dry. The 160g filling is made of PES fiber, providing warmth and breathability, allowing air to circulate through multiple layers.
This turnout rug is anatomically shaped and features no seam in the back to prevent leaking. The artificial rabbit skin lining prevents rubbing and acts as an extra insulating layer. The rug has a practical hook-and-loop closure with two front closures and two cross surcingles made from seatbelt webbing material. For additional coverage, a separate neckpiece can be purchased. It is also easy to care for, as it can be machine washed at 30 degrees. After more than five washes, a fluorocarbon treatment is recommended to maintain the waterproofness of the rug.
