The eQuick eVysor Transparent is an eye protector for horses that acts as a physical barrier in front of the eyes during riding, training and competition. The transparent lens provides a very clear field of vision and lets through almost all visible light, with a light transmission of 98.08% and filter category 0.
The protector helps shield the horse’s eyes from wind, dust, dirt, insects, branches and other flying particles, and can be useful for horses that are sensitive to wind and insects or when riding in environments where the eyes may be exposed to sand, gravel or other debris. The transparent lens is mainly intended for indoor use or outdoor use in low light conditions, such as cloudy weather, dusk or evening, and is not designed to provide strong protection against intense sunlight.
The eVysor Transparent from eQuick can also be used when the horse’s eyes need extra protection from the surroundings, for example after eye surgery or a procedure in the area around the eye, to help reduce exposure to dirt, insects and flying particles. In cases of eye injuries, eye problems or after surgery, use should always be in consultation with a veterinarian.
