The Acavallo Arena Aluplus 2.0 Crystals are patented safety stirrups that combine function and comfort with an elegant design featuring Swarovski crystals on the opening outer arm. The stirrups are made from high-quality, certified anodised aluminium and are fitted with a durable stainless steel tread.
The outer aluminium arm can open to help release the foot in the event of a fall. The locking and release mechanism is positioned one centimetre above the tread to reduce the risk of the foot unintentionally sliding out sideways, and its placement in the upper part also helps limit the impact of sand and dirt on the opening function. The tread has long horizontal openings that counteract the build-up of sand and dirt and provide secure grip in different riding conditions.
The 5° inclination of the tread promotes correct foot position and helps reduce strain on the rider’s joints. The tread is 12.5 cm wide, the maximum opening is 105 mm, the stirrups weigh 904 g and the maximum load is 150 kg.
