The Acavallo Flexia are ergonomic stirrups in black/red, designed to follow the rider’s foot and provide increased comfort, balance and suppleness in the saddle. The elliptically shaped footbed offers ergonomic support for the sole of the foot and a secure grip against the riding boot, and can be complemented with stainless steel studs for additional grip, for example in rain and muddy conditions.
The stirrups are equipped with Acavallo’s Flex System, a flexible mechanism that allows the footbed to move forwards and backwards along the horizontal axis, continuously following the position of the foot and the rider’s weight shifts. This system helps to absorb and distribute the horse’s movements, which can reduce strain on the rider’s knees, pelvis and ankles. When jumping, the flexibility provides support during take-off and landing as well as during changes in the rider’s balance.
The footbed has a maximum tilt of 11° forwards and 14° backwards and a width of 12.5 cm. Each Acavallo Flexia stirrup weighs 500 g and has a maximum load capacity of 500 kg.
