Instructions:
The red Velcro should not be visible during use. If it is visible, the size should be changed to a larger one. The vest should fit snugly against your body without restricting your movements. The front of the vest should extend 2.5cm below the lowest rib when in a seated position. The back should reach up to the seventh vertebra (the one you can feel in the lower part of the neck).
