Buzz-Off Rain Zebra offers the same protection against flies as Buzz-Off Zebra, but it also has a waterproof and breathable section to shield your horse from rain showers. The silver color on the upper side of the rug reflects the sunlight and helps keep the temperature down. At the same time, the Zebra stripes keep the flies away because they find it confusing.
During a test, they observed how many flies were attracted to a black, brown, white, and zebra-colored horse. The black one attracted 562 flies, the brown one 334, the white one 22, and the zebra-colored one only 8!
