A moldable outer cover with strong Velcro closures for secure and easy fastening. Provides good blood circulation and breathability. Sold in a pack of 2. Fits both front and hind legs.

    Size & Fit
When buying protection for hind legs, choose a larger size than for front legs.

    Welltex®
The unique composition of natural minerals in Welltex® technology captures body heat and converts it into long-wave infrared energy, which is then reflected back to the skin, joints, and muscles. The infrared energy is known for its ability to promote blood circulation and can, therefore, be helpful in recovery from injuries, strains, inflammations, or tense muscles.

    Start using Back on Track
Back on Track's products, with Welltex® technology, should be introduced gradually to accustom the body to the effect. The recommendation is a maximum of 4 hours/day during the first 2-3 days, then gradually increase usage time by one hour at a time. When the introduction period is over, the products should be used for at least 8 hours per day, and preferably longer. It may take up to 10-20 days of use before maximum results are achieved.

However, if you notice that the effect begins to diminish, it may be good to take a break from the product. After the neutralization period, you can start again and reintroduce the product.

The products are preferably used in direct contact with the skin but also work effectively with a thin layer of fabric underneath. They can be used during both rest and activity - but the best effect is achieved during activity, due to higher body temperature and, therefore, stronger heat reflection.

Use together with liniment or similar products at your discretion; the effect may be enhanced with simultaneous use.

    Note
Increased blood circulation may, in some cases, have a stimulating or sore effect. The reaction is entirely individual, and everyone experiences the effect differently, but it's good to know about this to be attentive if needed.

The initial reaction may occur after just an hour of use. If discomfort is experienced, the product should not be used more on the same day; instead, try introducing the product more gradually in the following days.

Only use the product as instructed and consult a doctor if symptoms persist. If you are undergoing medical treatment, consult your doctor about how the product affects your treatment.

Do not use during pregnancy or if expecting.

This size guide is a directional tool towards the right size. Please note that each horse is unique, and the best approach is to try the boots to find the optimal fit.

To follow the size guide, ensure your horse stands relaxed on all fours. Then measure the circumference around your horse's leg, above the hock, and the height of the cannon bone, as shown in the image below.

A refers to the circumference above the hock, and B refers to the height of the cannon bone.

  • About the Brand
  • Over the years, Back On Track has made a growing name for itself in the equestrian world and offers products that are beloved by both horses and dogs, as well as riders and people in general. Back On Track was founded in Sweden over 20 years ago and is renowned for its Welltex material, a ceramic textile that reflects body heat and increases blood circulation, which can alleviate pain and help relax muscle tension. They have also garnered particular attention for their MIPS helmets that protect against rotational falls in a way a regular helmet does not. The EQ models have won several tests and have been named the safest helmet on the market on multiple occasions.
