The Acavallo Rel-X Easy are lightweight black safety stirrups with an innovative, flexible side opening designed to help release the rider’s foot in all directions in the event of a fall or strong pressure from the foot. The strategically positioned locking and release mechanism is designed to reduce the risk of accidental opening, while the replaceable outer arm is stiffer at the base to provide increased stability and a secure foot position.
The stirrups are made from high-tech metal and flexible polymers, resulting in increased comfort and reduced stiffness compared to traditional stirrups. The footplate is 12.5 cm wide and features Acavallo’s Grip System with horizontal openings for reliable grip in different conditions, as well as a 5° incline to promote a correct and comfortable foot position. Rel-X Easy weighs 418 g, includes aluminium details with a shot-blasted finish and stainless steel components for high durability, and the flexible side opening can open up to 105 mm. The maximum load is 150 kg.
