The Acavallo Rel-X Easy are lightweight safety stirrups with an innovative, flexible side opening designed to help release the rider’s foot in all directions in the event of a fall or strong pressure from the foot. The strategically positioned locking and release mechanism is designed to reduce the risk of unintentional opening at the same time.
The stirrups are made from high-tech metal and flexible polymers, resulting in increased comfort and reduced stiffness compared to traditional stirrups. The replaceable outer arm is stiffer at the base to provide extra stability and a secure foot position, and the side opening can open up to 105 mm. The footbed is 12.5 cm wide and features Acavallo’s Grip System with horizontal openings for reliable grip in different conditions, as well as a 5° inclination to promote a correct and comfortable foot position.
Rel-X Easy weighs 418 g and includes aluminium details with a shot-blasted finish and stainless steel components for high durability. The maximum load is 150 kg.
