MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) occurs naturally in the body and is essential for the construction of the body's cells. MSM helps remove waste products from the cells by increasing the permeability of the cell walls, which improves nutrient absorption. Additionally, MSM helps raise the horse's lactate threshold through improved circulation in the muscles and can also enhance the horse's recovery after strenuous training sessions or competitions.
